Probiotics

·         Probiotics are considered to be generally safe, but they may cause bacteria-host interactions and unwanted  side effects in certain cases.

·         Probiotics are live microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) that are good for your
·         health, especially your digestive paste.

·         Your body is full of bacteria both good and bad.

·         Usually bacterial causes to disease or infections.

·         But Probiotics are often called good or helpful bacterial because they help
·         keep your gut (digestive organs) health.

Ex: Lacto bacillus: Common Probiotics bacteria.
Milk fermentation – lactic acid bacteria.

Bifido bacterium : Breast feed

·         Prevent the bacterial infection.

·         Kill the harmful bacterial infection.

·         The wrong bacterial in the wrong place can cause problems, but the right bacteria in the      right place can have benefits.

·         Is called Antibiotics or antibacterial or anti microbes.

·         This drugs used in the treatment and prevention of bacterial infection.

·         Antibiotics are not effective viruses.

·         Such as common cold and flu. Not effective antibiotics because these are viruses.

·         Antibiotics target as bacteria and fungi.

·         Antibiotics act on the CELL WALL of the bacteria and kill the bacteria.


·         Viruses do not have CELL WALL that’s why not effective.
